Confirmation Class is an important step in your child’s faith journey for students in 6th grade, offering space to ask questions, grow in understanding, and begin to claim faith as their own. Together, students will explore the foundations of Christianity and the United Methodist Church, learn what it means to live out their beliefs, and build meaningful connections with peers and mentors. We meet on Sunday evenings from 4–5 pm, just before Youth Fellowship, and students are welcome and encouraged to stay for Youth Fellowship afterward.
Mentors - Each student is assigned a mentor to walk alongside them during their Confirmation year. Mentors are chosen with parent input and approval and serve as a trusted adult to listen, encourage, and support students as they grow in faith. We also welcome adults who feel called to serve in this meaningful role. If you are interested in volunteering as a mentor for the year, we would love to connect with you.
