COLLEGE MINISTRY

Freshman - Graduate Students

WELCOME!

Our College Ministry seeks to build a community that lives and loves like Christ. We are a welcoming group that loves deep discussion and having fun! We would love for you to join us some time by checking out some of the opportunities below.

GET CONNECTED

WORSHIP

At A&M UMC, you will find college students worshiping in each of our three services on Sunday mornings: Traditional at 8:30 and 11:00 in the Sanctuary, or Ekklesia Contemporary Service at 9:45 in the Great Hall. The Coffee House is open all morning for students to stop by between services, grab a cup of coffee, and hang out with one another.

SMALL GROUPS

On Sunday nights, we have a Freshman homework group in the Coffee House from 6-8 pm followed by men’s and women’s small groups at 8 pm. Small groups are a great way to get to know other students in the ministry and talk about life in a relaxed and comfortable setting.

BIBLE STUDIES

On Wednesday nights, our church hosts a church-wide dinner at 5:30 in the Great Hall that’s free for students. Afterward, we head to the Coffee House for Bible Study starting at 6:30.

THURSDAY NIGHTS

We meet in the Sanctuary at 8pm for Worship every Thursday

ADOPT AN AGGIE

Adopt an Aggie opportunity for our church community to be paired with college students during the upcoming school year. This one-year commitment is a way for our church to provide support, encourage, and give guidance to students who attend our church. Matches will be notified by email or phone mid-September. If you have any questions, please contact Lindsey Runyan at [email protected] Sign-up for the Adopt an Aggie program below.
