Together, we’ll explore a compassionate approach to grief based on It’s OK That You’re Not OK, learning how to live with loss in honest, healthy ways without pressure to “move on” or have it all figured out.
Each week includes conversation, reflection, and practical tools to help you care for yourself and support others with empathy and presence. There’s no expectation to share more than you’re ready to. You are welcome just as you are. Whether your grief feels fresh or familiar, this is a place to be known, supported, and gently accompanied.
