Senior Team: Coach Tana McKay
Join the Senior Team on Tuesday, September 8, as we welcome Tana McKay, Head Coach of the Texas A&M Equestrian Team.
Coach McKay is the only head coach in program history and has led Texas A&M Equestrian from its early days as a club sport to one of the most decorated collegiate equestrian programs in the country. Under her leadership, the Aggies have won 12 team and discipline national championships, including three overall NCEA National Championships, and most recently celebrated the 2026 SEC Championship.
A 2024 NCEA Hall of Fame inductee and multiple-time Coach of the Year honoree, Coach McKay brings a wealth of wisdom on leadership, team culture, perseverance, and the growth of collegiate equestrian. We are excited to hear from her and learn more about her remarkable journey with Texas A&M Athletics.
