Daytime Grief Group

Grief can feel especially heavy in the quiet hours of the day. This eight-week daytime group is a gentle, supportive space for adults who are grieving the death of a loved one. Whether your loss is recent or years behind you, you are welcome here.
Each week, we will gather for guided conversation, reflection, and practical tools for navigating life after loss. Together, we will explore topics such as understanding the grieving process, tending to complicated emotions, coping with anniversaries and triggers, caring for your body and spirit, and finding ways to carry your loved one’s memory forward. There is no expectation to “move on” or to share more than you are ready to share, only an invitation to come as you are.
This group is not about fixing grief, but about learning to live faithfully and gently within it, surrounded by others who understand.
Tuesdays, beginning March 3
10:30 a.m. - 12 p.m.
Room S-114
