CHOIRS

CHANCEL CHOIR (High School +)

Rehearsal: Wednesdays 7:00 – 8:30pm  (August-May)

The Sanctuary Choir is a non-auditioned ensemble, comprised of people of all ages and musical abilities. Along with providing musical leadership to the 8:30 am and 11:00am traditional services, the Sanctuary Choir presents major works with an orchestra during the Christmas and Easter seasons and other special events.

CHILDREN'S MUSIC (Elementary)

Rehearsal: Wednesdays 5:00 – 5:30pm (August-May)

The children will gather in room S-214 at 5:00 pm each Wednesday for rehearsal.

HANDBELLS TEAM

ADULT HANDBELL ENSEMBLE (College+)

Rehearsal: Thursdays 6:30 – 7:30pm

The Adult Handbell Ensemble is open to adults and university students, and it equips the beginner and the intermediate ringer for a lifetime of bell ringing. Space is available; the group will ring once a month in worship services during the academic year. Contact  Dr. Jungjin Kim at for more information about this ensemble.

​PRAISE BANDS

EKKLESIA PRAISE BAND

Rehearsals: Tuesday 7:00 – 8:00 pm

This band is the primary band that leads the 9:45am & 6:06pm Contemporary Worship music on Sundays. We are always looking for new volunteers who can play an instrument, sing, or help with media & sound. If you are interested in learning more, contact Mark Fangue.

COLLEGE WORSHIP PRAISE BAND

This band helps lead worship music for College Ministries’ Thursday Night Worship (1st & 3rd Thursday of the month). If you are interested in joining this team as a band member, singer or the media team, contact Mark Fangue.

MEDIA TEAM

Each week, we have multiple worship services and events that need volunteers to run soundboards, slides, camera work, videos, etc. If these are skills you have or are interested in expanding, please contact Mark Fangue.

ART SERIES

A&M United Methodist Church is proud to serve as host to numerous musical organizations in Bryan/College Station. This year’s season includes our own Organ Recital Series, hosting concerts by Texas A&M University ensembles, Friends of Chamber Music, and more!
