Jesus
said to his followers, "you will be my witnesses in
Jerusalem, in all Judea and Samaria, and to the ends
of the earth."
One of the greatest sets of
evangelists (sharers of this good news) are young
people. They have so many social contacts, so much
energy, a great love for Christ, and a desire to
serve. One thing they don't often have is
substantial financial resources. We have a couple of
great young people who are considering not going to
Belize, because they simply cannot afford to go and
feel to awkward asking for support. We have young
people who want to go to Youth Camp and UM ARMY (a
summer youth mission trip in Texas), but they do not
have the money for the venture. Project Belize
sponsorships and Youth Fundraising efforts such as
the Valentine Banquet and Dance allow you to invest
in the lives of our young missionaries and in the
