The Lord has
not only blessed us with His love and grace. He has also blessed
us with opportunities to share His love with others. We are very
excited about the mission opportunities presented to us this
semester. In addition to the Monthly Mission Projects and the
January Mission Trip, opportunities to serve include:
Coffee House
A unique part of college ministries at A&M UMC, the
coffee house is open Monday through Thursday and reaches out to the
nearby university community, offering free coffee, snacks, and wifi.

Serving and Experiencing Christ
Mission Project: Travel around the
southern states, serving at various ministries.
Type of Mission :
Possibilities include: disaster relief, construction,
food pantries, homeless ministries and others.
Exploring other mission and various ways to serve.
Build relationships with other Christian communities
across SEC.
Belize
Mission
Mission project: Working with Partners in Mission and the
Methodist Church to share the message and love of Christ to Belizeans,
while assisting them in building a high school in Belmopan.
Family Promise
The Family Promise Organization of Bryan/College Station is a
group of churches that provides families that have lost their homes with
food and a place to sleep while they get back on their feet. A&M UMC
will be hosting families Sept 4th through 11th. Contact Linda Marr at

Bridges to
Life Prison Ministries
Join with other A&M UMC members in sharing the Lord’s love with
some who need it most through a pre-release program at the Hamilton Unit
in Bryan. Contact Guy Pry at (979) 696-4420.
Pilgrims in the Park
Share a meal and worship with the homeless community at Neal Park on
Saturdays and Sundays. Contact Dan Kiniry at (254) 541-1559.
Breakfast Tacos Crew
Help make breakfast Tacos and hand them out, along with good morning
smiles, to day laborers in Byran! Contact Dan Kiniry at (254) 541-1559.
Hospice
Whether it’s playing bingo with a nursing home patient or holding a
patient’s hand while they sleep, hospice volunteers add life to days
when days cannot be added to life. For more information, contact Julie

Parents' Nite Out
Come hang out with the children of the church while their parents enjoy
a well-deserved night off! The proceeds from PNO go toward College
Ministries missions and fellowship projects. For more information
